Yes, on the path of our lives, we encounter many experiences that can disrupt
our energies, leaving traces and wounds. Sometimes these wounds resurface,
they hurt us again because we dwell on them,
and we wonder how to free ourselves from them.
Know that through meditation, it is possible to work on these wounds.
By reliving the moment of trauma, by visualizing and experiencing it again,
it is possible to close this chapter of our lives in order to move on more peacefully.
It could be a traumatic situation from our childhood/adolescence,
a family or marital dispute, a toxic friendship or romantic relationship,
an unresolved story with no explanation,
or the loss of a loved one to whom we could not say goodbye.
