Guided meditation is a directed voluntary physical and mental relaxation.


It involves diving deep into yourself

with the guidance of a narrator's voice. 

There are various types of guided meditations,

all aimed at achieving a profound meditative state.


For example, you can relax your body by being aware of its presence,

journey into your mind to achieve a specific goal,

or explore mindfulness where you are fully present in the moment.


Meditation is not a performance and should not be done strictly.

Not being able to "succeed" should not lead to guilt or additional pressure.

It should be practiced according to your resources and needs,

Realize that it primarily serves to provide you with a moment of calm and relaxation.

To experience and sustain the benefits of guided meditation :

I recommend you to listen to your meditation session as often as possible.

This will enhance the effects of each session and ensure that the benefits persist. 

Starting to meditate and establishing a new routine for self-care

requires education and gradual training. Do not put undue pressure on yourself. 

Learn to relax in short sessions,

starting once a week and gradually progressing to several times a week.

Ideally, you should aim to have
a daily time for yourself,

and alternate between several different guided meditations.

You can do it !

The beauty of guided meditation lies in the fact that

it offers you a time to reconnect and make peace with yourself
